There are two options for students interested in enrolling in the Robina Sports Academy:
1. Year 6 students seeking to join the Academy in Year 7 are required to complete an
Expression of Interest form, attend an information night and participate in each of our trials held throughout the year.
2. Any students currently attending another high school are also welcome to apply for a position in one of our Academy Programs. These students need to contact Director of Sport, Daniel Norton-Smith, to make an appointment for an interview.
In order to be successful, applicants must demonstrate an elite sporting ability through a variety of tests and validate requirements regarding academic achievement, work ethic, behaviour and attitude. The student’s most recent report needs to be provided upon application.
Once accepted into the Sports Academy, students and parents will be required to have a school enrolment interview with a member of our administration team.
An exit interview will be conducted if a student chooses to forfeit their position in the Robina Sports Academy.
Fees Structure
There are fees involved in each Academy Program to cover the costs of our high performance coaches, equipment provided for students, facility maintenance and other sport specific related charges.
If enrolling in or joining the program after this date, full payment is due immediately. No payment plans or Centrepay payments will be accepted. Students will only be placed into the program once full payment is received.
