About the Gold Coast

Our school is lucky enough to be located on the beautiful Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. 

Australia's Gold Coast is a leading tourism, business and events city boasting arguably one of the best lifestyles in the world. Situated in the south east corner of the state of Queensland, the Gold Coast stretches along 57 kilometres of coastline and is home to over half a million people.​

The Gold Coast enjoys a sub-tropical climate. The region receives an average of 10 hours of sunshine a day for approximately 300 days per year; with an average summer temperature measuring 19–29 degrees Celsius and an average winter temperature measuring 9–21 degrees Celsius.​

Information on other attractions including shopping centres, beaches and sporting venues can be found on the City of Gold Coast website. City of Gold Coast also have their own events calendar for free or low cost activities that are happening in the community.
