Our enrolment packs have gone digital!
Please follow the 3 easy steps below to enrol at our school.
Step 1 - Contact Us
To begin your enrolment process, please complete the online enquiry form, email our Enrolment Officer, or contact our office by phoning (07) 5562 3444.
Our school is controlled by an Enrolment Management Plan which means students must reside within our catchment area to attend our school. You can view the catchment map by clicking here.
For students that reside outside of our catchment area, you may still be able to enrol if you meet one of the additional criteria. This includes if you already have a sibling at our school currently, or if you are accepted into one of our Signature Programs. You can find out more about our Signature Programs by clicking here.
If neither of these apply to your situation, you can still apply for an Out of Catchment consideration form. Please email enrolments@robinashs.ed.adu.au or phone 5562 3490. These applications are judged on a case-by-case basis. Out of catchment processing fee may apply.
Step 2 - Complete Application
Once you have contacted our office, our Enrolment Officer will email you our enrolment forms to complete and return to us by reply email.
If you indicated that you are interested in one of our Specialist Programs, they will also send you the Expression of Interest form to complete. You can find out more about our Specialist Programs by clicking here.
For ease, our Enrolment Forms are a PDF Form that you can complete on the computer.
Please be sure you go through the included checklist and ensure you attach all of the required documents. This includes a copy of your student's two most recent school reports, birth certificate and two forms of proof of residency within our enrolment boundary.
Step 3 - Enrolment Interview
Once we have received your application and all of the supporting materials, our Enrolment Officer will contact you to arrange an Enrolment Interview for yourself and your student to meet with a key member of our staff to discuss supporting your child at our school.
In the meantime, you may wish to look at our Subject Handbooks for the relevant year level your student is going into. During your enrolment interview you will have the opportunity to pick subjects (based on availability) and so having an idea of what your student would like to do may help during this process. Our Subject Handbooks can be accessed here.
Please Note:
If you are moving from interstate or overseas, please be aware senior students must complete all of Units 3 and 4 in the Queensland system to be eligible for a Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) and Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) upon Graduation. Unit 3 commences In Year 11 at the start of Term 4 (early October). It is highly recommended that students should be enrolled prior to this time to ensure they will graduate with the required certificates. If you are worried, we can discuss this further at your enrolment interview.
