Payment Window
2021/2022 Holiday Period Hours
Please be aware Week 8 is the last week our Payment Window will be open this year. Altered days and hours will apply:
- Monday 22/11 & Tuesday 23/11 - 7.45am - 2.00pm
- Wednesday 24/11 & Thursday 25/11 - Closed
- Friday 26/11 - 7.45am - 2.00pm
Our Payment Window will then be closed from Friday 26 November until Monday 17 January 2022. Payments can still be made at any time (including closed and holidays periods) by BPoint, QParent, QKR! App and Internet Banking.
Our Payment Window will be open all of the week before school resumes in 2022. This will be Monday 17 January until Friday 21 January. They will be open from 9.00am - 1.00pm each day during this time.
Please be aware that as of Term 2, 2022 our Payment Window will be closed permanently. From 19 April, 2022 payments can only be made using BPoint, QParent, Internet Banking or the QKR! App. All enquiries are to be made via telephone on 5562 3449 or by email to

Uniform Shop
Extended Hours over New-Year Period
Our Uniform Shop will be open for extended hours at the end of 2021 and start of 2022.
The final two weeks of term, from Tuesday 30 November until Thursday 9 December the Uniform Shop will be open from 8.00am until 1.00pm daily, except for Thursday 2 December when they will be open 8.00am until 3.00pm (except for a lunch break 12.00pm - 12.30pm). This is to accommodate our Year 7 2022 Orientation Day. After Thursday 9 December, our Uniform Shop will be closed for 2021.
In 2022 our Uniform Shop will reopen Saturday 15 January, then Monday 17 January until Friday 21 January. Hours will be as follows:
Saturday 15 January - 8.00am - 1.00pm
Monday - Wednesday - 8.00am - 1.00pm
Thursday - 7.00am - 5.00pm
Friday - 7.00am - 1.00pm
The first week back of school for 2022, the Uniform Shop will be open Monday and Tuesday, 24 and 25 January, from 7.00am - 2.00pm. They will be closed Wednesday 26 January for Australia Day. They will reopen 8.00am - 2.00pm Thursday 27 and Friday 28 January. They will then go back to their standard hours and days.
