'Employ Me' Program

This is a year long Year 10 program.

Our Goal:

  • To engage students in learning.
  • To teach students skills that will enable them to:
    1. To enter the workforce successfully.
    2. To gain full-time employment at the end of Year 10 or
    3. Work towards a full- time apprenticeship/traineeship or SAT (school based apprenticeship/traineeship).

Clients:

  • Students who are not successfully engaged in the current curriculum.
  • Students who have been identified as struggling in Maths and English.
  • Students who have been referred.
  • Students who self identify

Timetable:

  • Workplace Literacy
  • Financial Numeracy
  • Certificate 1 in Work Readiness including work experience
  • 3 electives
