'Employ Me' Program

This is a three year program commencing in Year 10.
Students will travel as a group for 4 out of their 6 subjects.
Students will receive credit points towards the Queensland Certificate of Education (new Senior Certificate).
Students will participate in some certificate courses.
Students may participate in SAT (school based apprenticeship/traineeship).

Our Goal:

• To engage students in learning.
• To teach students skills that will enable them to:
• Successfully gain full time employment and/or
• Work towards a full-time apprenticeship/traineeship

We are inviting:

• Students who are not successfully engaged in the current curriculum.
• Students who have been identified as not achieving to their potential in Maths and English.
• Suitable students who opt to be involved.

• Literacy
• Numeracy
• Life skills/Science
• 2 Electives

'EMPLOY ME' is a new course and will offer your son or daughter the opportunity to be supported to succeed in a career pathway.
